Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide within Canada.

I’d like to pick up my order…

Pick-up is available from our office. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Please allow 3-5 business days to prepare your order from the time of purchase. When your order is ready for pick-up, customers will receive an email notification. All orders can be picked up during regular office hours, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

What is your return policy?

We are confident you will love your new purchase. If your item arrives damaged or is not to your liking, let us know within 7 days of receiving your item(s) and a full refund for the product will be applied.

Please note the original & return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Should you wish to return an item outside of the 5 day policy, customers will be issued an in-store credit for the amount of the item (excluding shipping).
